Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for ML models
- Lead cross-functional task forces on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Develop transparent AI documentation and explainability protocols
- Advocate for ethical AI practices in product development cycles
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory dialogues
- Mentor data scientists on responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Published work on algorithmic accountability or AI ethics
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in Python for AI ethics auditing workflows
