Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for diverse community impact assessments
- Author thought leadership on emerging AI ethics challenges and solutions
- Manage AI ethics incident response protocols and continuous improvement processes
- Represent the organization at global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Jurisprudence, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience designing bias detection and mitigation frameworks
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors
- Public speaking and thought leadership in AI ethics communities
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE, EDSA) preferred
