Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain AI ethics governance protocols across 50+ client deployments
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for ML models
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance violations
- Create regulatory roadmaps for AI legislation in 2026+ landscapes
- Collaborate with legal teams on international AI policy standards
- Lead incident response for ethical breaches in autonomous systems
- Publish quarterly ethics impact reports for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or compliance with regulated industries
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging frameworks
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with regulatory sandboxes for experimental AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ECAI) preferred
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Demonstrated success in scaling ethical AI programs
