Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI compliance or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Strong knowledge of US/EU AI regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Fairness)
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI frameworks
