Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI compliance, ethics, or regulatory affairs
- Expertise in AI fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong knowledge of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech ethics
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) preferred
