Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Anticipate and mitigate societal impacts of quantum AI and brain-computer interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with futurists, policymakers, and ethicists
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for the 2026 Global Tech Summit
- Advise product teams on responsible AI deployment in sensitive domains
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AR) for ethical implications
- Establish corporate-wide ethics audit protocols for AI decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with focus on AI/ML
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or futurism consulting
- Published research on AI alignment or emerging technology ethics
- Expertise in ISO/IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neurotech limitations
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on responsible AI deployment
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
