Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation techniques
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics frameworks
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience facilitating cross-functional ethical decision-making processes
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations or policy contributions
