Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous decision-making models
- Develop industry-leading AI transparency protocols and explainability standards
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product development lifecycle
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through stakeholder education and policy influence
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and maintain compliance with evolving regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Proven experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and frameworks
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics to non-technical stakeholders
- Publication record in AI ethics or peer-reviewed conferences
