What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments using Kubernetes and cloud services.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct research into novel neural architectures and optimization techniques.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
