Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI models for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the technical strategy for our Neural Network Optimization team, overseeing architecture design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI into core business workflows and product ecosystems.
- Ensure the ethical alignment and robustness of all AI deployments through rigorous testing and validation.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for the AI department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
