Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and immersive realities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and integration
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and their business implications
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Portfolio published futurist research or technology strategy documents
