Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with futurists, engineers, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate 2026-relevant startups
- Design immersive future-tech simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Represent company at global tech foresight summits and policy forums
- Build and mentor a dedicated future-tech think tank
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive tech
- Proven track record of translating visionary concepts into commercial blueprints
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global tech governance frameworks and ethical AI standards
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and government audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech prototypes or scenario-planning frameworks
