Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions with 5+ year industry impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed future scenarios
- Establish innovation frameworks for sustainable long-term technological adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to validate future-viable prototypes through pilot programs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting technology evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in future technology scenarios (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
