Responsibilities
- Analyze convergence of quantum AI, biotech, and climate tech trends to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development cycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports for executive leadership
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with societal impact
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities

- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
