Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for enterprise-wide digital transformation
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Executive-level experience communicating complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
