Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantitative market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year innovation pipelines for AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present visionary briefings to investors, board members, and enterprise clients
- Drive R&D investment decisions based on future technology viability assessments
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for emerging domains
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., AI/ML adoption, digital transformation)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
