Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for future-facing AI implementations
- Collaborate with academic institutions on 10-year tech forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption trends
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
