Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AI) for strategic opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience building tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio of published future-tech scenarios or patents
