Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive innovation sprints focused on decentralized AI and sustainable tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)

- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
