- Develop ethical frameworks for neural interface consumer applications
- Manage $3M annual R&D budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present innovation strategies to Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Patent 2+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor a team of 8 specialists in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized innovations
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
