Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-focused tech roadmaps integrating AI/ML, quantum-resistant cryptography, and edge computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration platforms
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum labs and academic institutions to pioneer breakthrough applications
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon-neutral data center designs and energy-efficient algorithms
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members securing $10M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Founders accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record launching market-defining products
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI frameworks
- Executive-level experience securing and managing $50M+ R&D portfolios
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field from Tier 1 institution
