Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and develop technologies for 2026 market adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Manage cross-functional projects bridging engineering, design, and business strategy
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging intellectual property
- Represent the company at international tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published research or patents in relevant technological domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
