Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and company strategy
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
