You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop 5-year technology roadmaps while identifying disruptive opportunities in biotech, Web3, and climate tech. Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 ecosystem shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI)
- Produce white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic research labs
- Present technology scenarios to executive board for investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
