Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability strategy with measurable impact
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SASB)
- Proficiency in sustainability dashboards (SAP EHS, Envizi, Persefoni)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SEC Climate Disclosure Rules, EU CSRD)
- Proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong background in renewable energy systems and circular economy principles
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, CDP) preferred
