Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural strategy for scalable AI and machine learning integration across the enterprise.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product portfolio.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Design, and Executive leadership, to drive strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budget allocation for technology investments and ensure maximum ROI on R&D projects.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity to support future growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex technology roadmaps for large-scale organizations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Enterprise Systems.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on future-forward technologies.
