Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Secure $5M+ in venture capital and government grants for forward-looking projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
- Drive patent development for 3+ proprietary technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to commercial viability
- Expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred
- Hold 5+ patents or equivalent IP portfolio
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
