- Lead strategic roadmap for 2026 product launches across quantum computing and biotechnology verticals
- Direct $50M R&D budget for emerging technology incubation programs
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative research initiatives
- Champion agile methodologies in a 200-person innovation lab environment
- Present quarterly innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor 15-person cross-disciplinary team of PhD researchers and engineers
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 100+ filings by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets to $50M+
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Biotechnology, or Quantum Computing
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants totaling $10M+
- Deep network with Silicon Valley VCs and federal research agencies
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
