Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging risks, opportunities, and paradigm shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate adaptation strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, biotech, and sustainable technology ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of published trend analysis or strategic foresight work
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
