Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future disruption vectors
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify next-generation startups
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrices
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
