Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Outlook reports with quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered trend forecasting platforms
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership pieces for Future Forward magazine and keynote at global innovation summits
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging technologies with 18-24 month impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification from Association of Professional Futurists
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Expertise in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and scenario planning software
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
