Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends impacting 2026 business landscapes across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Develop strategic frameworks for 5-year product roadmaps aligned with future market demands
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technological shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Build relationships with futurist communities and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualizing complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
