Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future-focused technologies with current business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on long-term innovation goals
- Conduct scenario planning for global market shifts and technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitor strategies and regulatory changes affecting future landscapes
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools and methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic impact on organizational growth
