Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap for 2026-2030 technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging markets (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Collaborate with R&D to align product roadmaps with future market demands
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of strategic initiatives
- Maintain competitive intelligence and disruptor monitoring systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and market trend forecasting
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
