We are building the infrastructure for the future. As a 2026 Strategic AI Lead at Apex Horizon Systems, you will be at the helm of our most ambitious initiative yet. Our goal is not just to improve current AI models, but to architect the systems that will dominate the technological landscape by the year 2026.
In this high-visibility position, you will define the roadmap for our General Artificial Intelligence (AGI) development, bridging the gap between theoretical research and scalable deployment.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve AGI milestones by the target year of 2026.
- Lead Advanced Research: Direct a world-class team in developing cutting-edge neural architectures and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure our AI systems remain safe, unbiased, and beneficial to humanity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and define long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Track record of solving complex, unsolved problems in machine learning and optimization.
