- Architect innovation pipelines for emerging markets and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with product teams to embed futurist principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic foresight to global stakeholders at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and strategic synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable business strategies
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK)
