Responsibilities
- Design and conduct longitudinal neuro-behavioral studies on quantum computing interfaces using fNIRS and eye-tracking
- Develop predictive models for user adaptation to quantum algorithmic outputs using machine learning
- Lead ethical frameworks for AI-human interaction protocols in quantum environments
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to translate complex computational processes into intuitive UX patterns
- Mentor a team of 5+ researchers in emerging neuroscience methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite executives and product boards with data-driven visualizations
- Publish industry whitepapers on quantum UX paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 5+ years leading UX research in emerging tech environments (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Proficiency in quantum computing interface development tools (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature Human Behaviour or ACM Digital Library
- Experience with fNIRS, EEG, and biometric data analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ quantum UX projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in Python, R, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Certified in Quantum Ethics (QEC) or equivalent
