Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration
- Establish security protocols for quantum communication networks
- Research and implement quantum machine learning frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit platforms
