In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technical execution, ensuring our platform remains the gold standard for innovation in the industry. You will mentor a team of top-tier engineers and define the technical roadmap for the 2026 suite.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and best practices for system design, cloud integration, and microservices architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement performance tuning strategies to ensure optimal user experience and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Cloud Migration: Spearhead migration strategies to modern cloud environments, leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, and deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure and make data-driven architectural decisions.
