Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 product roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design and validate innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market testing
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors using data-driven scenario planning
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Develop intellectual property portfolios protecting next-gen innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with proven 2026+ tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling innovations from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology commercialization frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech initiatives
