Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year impact
- Design innovation frameworks balancing technical feasibility with market disruption potential
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive stakeholders
- Produce strategic white papers and patent disclosures for future-facing technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
