Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and quantum research institutions
- Present disruption forecasts to Fortune 500 executive boards and venture capital syndicates
- Mentor '2026 Visionary Fellowship' program participants from MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Secure $50M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years C-suite experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology adoption curves
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to $1B+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology convergence
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for national innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
