Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of innovative technologies and solutions aligned with the 2026 strategic vision
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the innovation roadmap
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in technology and translate them into actionable strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of innovation specialists and researchers
- Oversee the innovation budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners and industry experts
- Present innovation initiatives and progress to the board of directors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in innovation, product development, or strategic planning within the technology sector
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives and bringing new technologies to market
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate future trends
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience building high-performance teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and IoT
