Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation pipelines from ideation to market launch for 2026 product roadmaps
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Develop patent-protected frameworks for future-proof business models
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research labs on joint R&D initiatives
- Present quarterly disruption analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 scale impact
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals preferred
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-engineering, AGI)
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted innovations
