Qualifications

- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact.
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, scenario planning).
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence.
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CPSM) preferred.
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense) highly valued.
