Responsibilities
- Lead market research and trend analysis for 2026+ technology adoption patterns
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Design and execute innovation workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Create competitive intelligence reports on future industry disruptors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging startup ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market shifts
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or bio-digital convergence
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies (e.g., CFIP)
