Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neurointerfaces, climate-tech) to identify competitive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors with data-backed projections
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and long-term thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of executing 3-5 year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on long-term technological shifts
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-focused initiatives
