- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for sustainability and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and government agencies for future-ready ecosystems
- Create immersive scenario planning frameworks for climate resilience and ethical AI deployment
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate organizational future-readiness culture
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
