Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization for 2026-relevant technologies
- Build and manage a portfolio of moonshot projects targeting $500M+ market opportunities
- Forge strategic alliances with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Develop patent roadmaps for quantum-biotech hybrid systems
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of PhDs and industry veterans
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 500 C-suite executives and government bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate AI
- Successful $100M+ grant/funding acquisition experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Active portfolio of 10+ patents or equivalent IP assets
