Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in developing breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Drive patent development and IP protection for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of leading transformative tech projects with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends (quantum, AI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities with experience scaling innovations
